Named Iranian provincial officials confirmed impacts (Khalilabadi, Nafisi, the Asaluyeh governor) while denying strikes at Jam/Kangan/Langrud and Kermanshah, a discipline marker raising confidence in confirmations.
A US official told Fox/Axios the operation was "defensive," "mowing the lawn," possibly ~100 strikes: single-source, not in CENTCOM's text. Tehran's "no damage" line sits against a destroyed Kuhestak comms tower and Tavanir-confirmed Hormozgan outages.
Iranian state media report a wedding venue struck at Bandar Kuhestak, tolls escalating from 2 dead to 5 dead/68 wounded (Fars, Al-Mayadeen), with the Sirik deputy governor citing 63 wounded, 50 women and children. Iranian-official sourcing only; the 68/63 gap is unresolved.
What did Iran hit, and what is inflated?
Jordan: IRGC claimed a ballistic strike on "Camp Titin" near Aqaba with "a large number" of US casualties, plus Prince Hassan AB. Contested and probably inflated: the JAF says 10 of 13 missiles intercepted, no casualties; a US official told Reuters no casualties or major damage.
Bahrain: Artesh claimed an Arash-2 drone attack on Sheikh Isa AB; Bahrain's National Communications Centre confirmed a drone attack occurred, partial corroboration of the attempt only.
Kuwait confirmed engaging "hostile drones/missiles," suspended airport flights; a claimed Ali Al Salem hit is unconfirmed. Erbil saw waves from 18:44Z and a US Consulate warning to "leave Erbil quickly"; Kurdistan24 disputes direct impact.
IRGC deputy Javani warned regional states to expel US forces or face "a crushing response."
What happened to oil and Hormuz?
WTI crossed $90 for the first time since July; diesel retail hit $5.63 against the 2022 high of $5.80. US SPR is at 286.6m bbl, lowest since 1982.
Reuters/Kpler put transits at ~5/day versus a 14/day average, with no liquid-cargo tankers Monday. CENTCOM says it has redirected 84 vessels, disabled 3, boarded 2.
