Heimdall's Brief ("we", "us") collects only what we need to run membership and keep you informed.
What we collect
When you join as a member, we collect the email address you submit. We do not ask for a password or payment details for membership.
How we use your email
We use your email to confirm membership and to send you briefings, updates, and related emails from Heimdall's Brief. This happens through our partner Substack. We only send these when you opt in — for example by agreeing to receive emails before downloading data.
Cookies
After you join, we store a cookie on your device so we do not ask you to sign up again for member-only downloads. We also use a cookie to remember if you dismissed our newsletter popup, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.
Sharing
We do not sell your email. Emails are sent through our partner Substack.
Your choices
You can stop emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in a message, or by writing to us. You can also delete cookies in your browser; if you do, we may ask you to join again before a member download.
